Q: What types of delivery services are there? 

We offer a schedule delivery service. All orders much be place at least 24 hours in advance to receive delivery. 

Q: How long does delivery usually take?

A: Delivery times can vary depending on the type of delivery service chosen, the distance between the origin and destination, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. However, most delivery services provide estimated delivery times that can give you a general idea of when you'll receive your order.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: Delivery costs can vary depending on the distance traveled and number of items, and size of item, and the delivery service chosen. We provide a pricing calculator or quote generator that can give you an estimate of the cost based on these factors.

Q: How can I track my delivery?

A: ShopprMobile will  provide consistent updates on the progress of the delivery. You can call your shopper for updates or keep notifications on to receive them via text.

Q: What happens if I'm not home when my package is delivered?

A: If you're not home when your items are delivered,  ShopprMobile may attempt to contact you 3 times in 5 minute intervals, afterwards groceries and mulch will be left on the property of the customer if there is no reply. To best ensure this doesn't occur, please notify driver of any immediate changes that may delay a guaranteed delivery. 

Q: What should I do if my package is damaged or lost during delivery?

A: If your package is damaged or lost during delivery, you should contact your mobile shopper immediately. Partial refunds will be issued, but your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Q: What is the policy on refunds?

Money will be refunded, but cancellation fees will apply depending on the process of the delivery.
